Venue, Date & Ballroom Availability

Is my date of choice available? Or do you have a waitlist for dates?

As a popular brand amongst many, our dates and venues can only be secured upon receiving a Deposit. It ranges from S$3000 - S$5000, depending on the wedding package selected. You may check with your sales personnel for availability of dates and venues.

How far in advance can I reserve my date?

We do not have a fixed timeline as to when you can reserve your date but to avoid disappointment, the ideal period is 1 to 2 years before your preferred wedding date.

What are the rates for different days of the week and times (Friday, Saturday, Sunday; morning, afternoon, evening)? What about different seasons?

Across all our Venues, we operate in 2 Time Slots; AM session (11:00am-4:00pm) and PM session (5:30pm-10:30pm). The rates are slightly different due to the limitations that both sessions have. You may get further clarifications from your sales personnel.

Payments

How much is the venue deposit?

It ranges from S$3000 - S$5000, depending on the wedding package selected. You may check with your sales personnel for available wedding packages and promotions.

When do you need the deposit by?

Deposit is required for us to secure the date and venue for you. Therefore, if you are satisfied with the services offered, you may promptly provide the deposit to avoid disappointment.

In-House & External Vendors

Do you have a list of approved or recommended vendors we can use?

As one of the most reputable wedding servicers providers, we only collaborate with trustable and renowned Vendors. You may check with your sales personnel on our list of Vendors.

Do we have to use your approved vendors? If not, are there limitations or guidelines we need to meet when bringing others in?

You do not need to use our Services Vendors, e.g. Photographer, Bridal etc., if you decide to outsource on your own. However, please share it with your sales personnel, for safety reasonings. In addition, to avoid conflict of interests, we strictly do not allow external food items or consumable products at our premise.

Venue, Ballroom & Logistics

Is the venue accessible for the person(s) with restrictive mobility?

Yes. We do understand the different demographics of your guests, therefore we have located our ballrooms strategically and installed service ramps.

Are there noise restrictions?

As we are not situated near residential areas, noise control measures are at a minimum. However, we do encourage to not have too loud noises for the comfort of your guests.

Is parking available on-site? How much space is there? Will guests be charged for parking?

Yes, we do have plenty of parking spaces for your guests across all our venues. As parking facilities are not govern by us, charges apply accordingly.

Can we enter the Ballroom on the night before?

On most days, we will be hosting weddings, and on weekdays (including Fridays), we host Corporate Dinners, Events etc. If you wish to see your ballroom or/and unload items prior to event date, we recommend between Mondays to Wednesdays, during our off-peak period of the week.

On Event Day

Who will be our point person on our wedding day, and is this person an on-site coordinator?

We will assign both Floor and Service Managers that your family (or any point of contact) can liaise with regards to any arrangements on the day itself.
