Muslim Delights started as a Nasi Padang stall in Singapore. Ten years later, that same kitchen now caters weddings, corporate events and family gatherings across the island, from a 30 pax office lunch to a 1,000 pax wedding.

The food hasn’t changed. Beef rendang, ayam masak merah, sambal goreng, sayur lodeh, and more local malay favourites prepared the way they’re meant to be. Everything is halal certified, and we’ll adjust dishes and spice levels to suit your liking.

We deliver islandwide, set up on site, and clean up when you’re done. Simply pick from buffet, bento or dome sets based on your space and headcount.

We cover Malay, Nasi Padang, Indonesian and Peranakan influenced dishes, served as buffet with full setup, bento box delivery or dome sets. Delivery is islandwide, including HDB void decks, community centres and designated park venues.

Setup and clearing are included on buffet orders. Lead time is three working days for standard catering and two weeks for weddings. We cater at your location or at one of Muslim Delight’s four ballrooms.

Halal Certification & Menu

Is your Malay food halal certified?

Yes. Our kitchen is halal certified and every dish we cater is prepared to halal standards throughout. Certification details are available on request from your sales personnel.

What Malay dishes do you cater?

Our core menu runs on Nasi Padang staples: beef rendang, ayam masak merah, sambal goreng, sayur lodeh, begedil, achar and sambal chilli. Full dish lists are in the menu PDFs above.

Can we customise the menu or adjust spice levels?

Yes. Our chefs can adjust dishes and spice levels to suit your guests. Tell your sales personnel what you need and we will work it into the menu.

Order Size & Pricing

What is the minimum order for Malay buffet catering?

30 pax for buffet with setup. Bento sets start at 20 pax. Smaller orders may be possible depending on date and location, so it is worth asking.

What is the largest event you can cater?

We regularly cater weddings and corporate events well over 1,000 pax across our own ballrooms and external venues.

How much does Malay catering cost per head?

Pricing depends on menu, headcount, service format and venue. Rates are listed in the menu PDFs above, and your sales personnel can quote for your specific event.

Delivery, Setup & Venues

Do you deliver to HDB void decks and community centres?

Yes. We cater regularly at void decks, CCs and designated park venues across Singapore, and have a dedicated menu for these locations.

Is setup and clearing included?

Setup and clearing are included on buffet orders. Bento and dome sets are delivered ready to serve.

Can you cater at your own venue instead of ours?

Yes. We operate four ballrooms across Singapore, including Concorde Hotel, Fave @ Orchard and Changi Civil Service Club. Your sales personnel can walk you through availability.

Booking & Lead Time

How far in advance should I book?

Three working days for standard catering. For weddings and large events, two weeks minimum, and earlier during peak season and Hari Raya.

Do you cater Malay weddings?

Yes. Malay wedding catering is our largest service. We cater at our own ballrooms, at void decks and at external venues, with full setup and service.
